Our Individual Membership Pass is ideal for personal use, providing access to our downloadable resources with a single license. How do I download resources from productelements.co (PECO)?

Downloading resources from PECO is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the resource you want to download.
  2. Click on the download button or link provided.
  3. If prompted, sign in to your account.
  4. Free resources can be downloaded directly, For Premium resources, you need an annual membership of PECO, 
  5. Once you download, you will receive an email with resources attached. 
  6. You can also see it under “My Downloads” on PECO site.

Can I customize or modify the templates and guides for selling further?

According to our License agreement, you can modify the templates and guides to suit your needs as long as you do so within your internal workflows. Here’s a breakdown of what’s allowed and what’s not:

  • Allowed: You can customize the content (templates, guides) to fit your specific project requirements. This includes adding, removing, or changing elements within the resources.
  • Not Allowed: You cannot redistribute the original or modified versions of the content outside your organization. This means you can’t:
    • Share the modified templates or guides with anyone outside your team.
    • Upload them to any public platforms or websites.
    • Include them in any courses or training materials you provide to others (e.g., students).
    • Resell the modified content or products derived directly from them (e.g., selling customized templates).
How often are new resources added to the platform?

We are committed to continuously improving your product development experience! New resources, including artifacts, tools, templates, guides, and tools, are added to the ProductElements.co platform bi-weekly to ensure you have access to the latest best practices and industry trends.

Is there a way to suggest or request specific resources for inclusion on productelements.co?

Certainly! Yes, we welcome suggestions and requests for specific resources to be included on productelements.co. You can submit your requests by filling out the form on our priority request page. We value your input and strive to provide the most relevant and helpful resources for our users. Can I share my membership with colleagues or team members?

With our Individual Membership Pass, sharing access with colleagues or team members is not available. However, our Corporate Membership Pass allows you to share resources within the same organization for across Products / Projects. 

Is there a refund or cancellation policy for memberships?

Due to the nature of our downloadable resources, we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or questions about your membership.

How secure is my personal information and payment details on productelements.co?

At ProductElements.co, we take the security of your personal information and payment details very seriously. We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols to safeguard your data during transmission. Additionally, we do not store any credit card information on our servers, as we do not have auto-renewal subscriptions. Your privacy and security are our top priorities, and we are committed to ensuring that your information remains safe and protected at all times.

What are the steps to take after my Annual Membership expires?

You get complete 1-year free access to all the new resource updates on the platform. Annual Membership is just to keep getting new updates on the ProductElements.co platform after 1 year. We do not auto-charge our customers, so you have full control over the renewal process. After your Annual Membership expires, you will receive an email notification reminding you to renew your membership. Simply log in to your account on our portal and follow the same process as when you initially purchased your membership to renew it.
